Right thats it! I'm getting rid of a load of stuff we have lying around! Does anyone know how popular wedding dresses are on ebay? I have mine and its just sitting in one of those underbed storage boxes and is still in pretty good nick, i've also got a couple of motorbike helmets that hubby doesnt need any more (he got rid of his quad bike) and loads of kids stuff! Going to try and sort through it all, see what i can give to neighbour's kid and start taking photos of the rest of it!:j

Thank you all for giving me the kick up the bum to start decluttering! I need to do it if we are going to move house (again) in the summer!:rotfl:

hi bonsi.. I think most wedding dresses go really well on ebay.. I can't sell mine.. I was 7.5 months pregnant when I got married.. and HUUUUUUUUUUGE!!!!! lol

I'm washing my way through all the winter coats and deciding which I can sell at the end of summer.. and then I have the school stuff to get through.. so I know what I need to buy for the chimps for September. Shoes.. where do they all come from??? We have dozens and dozens of them need sorting through.. I just threw 2 pairs in the bag for charity shop.. and a coat..

Best go start doing some more..

OH is currently building a pile of metal oddments to take to the scrapyard hoping for a bit of a payout..........some old guttering, couple of old kettles and a set of really old potato scales I used to stand plants on but they're well past it.............weigh a ton so might get something for those if we can find a vehicle to take them..........!!

In - old enamel veg rack of mums that was lurking in the garage - used to put plants in it but going to paint it now and use it as a shoe rack.

Out -nothing yet but pile is growing

Think you should be abe to get email only for the freecycle group - but if you want to view online you will need a yahoo account (not a yahoo email though - just a case of registering for their services).
  • Thanks Mizmir, it didnt give me an option to use my own email address. Anyway, yahoo account and email address set up. I suppose as a plus I can see any freecycle messages all in one place, and not mixed up with all other emails.

Roll on Monday girls back to school........... the beginnings of emptying my loft.........Not sure whether to feel like:j OR....
