if they are the same as the ones on the link youve given it says they are self adhesive just peel and stick so it sounds like they do have some kind of peelable backing on. sometimes you have to be careful that you dont peel the sticky bit off with the backing paper so just tease your nail under one edge and try to loosen it a little first to see if they do have a sticky surface under the paper backing.
hope you amnage to create something nice with them.

Thanks mrs money penny, after fiddline for ages, I read your post and looked again, hey presto, they peel off individually and have sticky backs! Your tip helped, and I carefully bent the card and the edge of the mosaic stayed straight so I could get them off!

Looking at them, they dont look like separate stickers, so thank you for your help!

Now off to experiment with some old glass jars and bottles, see what I can make! Im not sure if to see if the Y6 kids can help me make them and then sell them, or if we could maybe run a 'crafty' stall, and kids make what they want themselves, will need more thought!

She has literally given me 100's of packs, lots of different shapes and colours! Some people are so generous!:T
  • Crusha mix RTC 25p is very nice, nicer than Angel Delight and you get sprinkles :D Just finishing off the kids' portions.

They are 19p in Home Bargains though, even better :j

Sorry to be a pain & I know there is a board for it
But House Insurance anybody with a 4 bed detached roughly what do u pay
I'm only asking coz I've never changed never claimed and my renewel is £1200 per year
I have used the comparison and I have over guessed my property value and the dearest quote of the 20 given is Tesco Finest at £400 ??
Are Lloyds ripping me off again !!!!!! :(
Ps I don't expect a load of answers but just a couple of opinions please
    Thanks in Advance

Our combined house and contents renewal for a 4/5 bed house has just come in at £400 and something, and I thought that was steep and was going to get some quotes (haven't changed for a few years). Also don't forget cashback, you can get some good incentives on that as well sometimes.
    Hope is not a strategy.

just catching up so apologies if you've already been answered :)

Yep you are definately being ripped off!! but all companies do this - thhey play on your loyalty strings in the hope that people dont use comparison sites or even slightly look arouund for a better quote. Many people do just as you - are perfectly happy with the service they are recieving (not really a service if you're not claiming!!) and therefore just accept the renewal quote - my neighbours do this, despite my efforts to save them money!!

We were with Lloyds about 11 years ago, and got a 30% reduction for having no claim throughout the year - yet the insurance still went up by £100+ I phoned them to ask why, and was told that no matter whether you cllaim or not, by staying with the same insurer, they will always increase your premiums...this is to part cver the cost of those who do claim!!!

Definately use a comparison website or even use individual company websites to get quotes....then weigh up the cover you actually need (most people over estimate but theres no need to)....simples :)

While you're at it...look into car insurance, life insurance etc - some insurances may give yo a discount for having multiple policies with them, but weigh that up against any individual quotes :)

I regularly change our insurances - pretty much as soon as Quidco have paid out on my previous policy change :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
