Just thought I would mention, I noticed when I went through the manned till yesterday that the SAdd came up on the display as -£2 for each of the items, I thought that the glitch had ended but when I looked at the receipt it still said -£6. Very odd.

I noticed that when i got mine too

    Hi QoC

Bear with me, hope this makes sense !

    You bought 2 SA items - 1 at 3.25 and 1 at 4.00 - total should be 7.25 .

With the glitch, £6 off, so 1.25 to pay.

It is all to to with the proportionate price - I think !

So, of your 'original' total price of £7.25, your £4 item is approx 55.2% of the total. 7.25 x 55.2% = 4.00

    You actually paid £1.25.

Therefore, for the Price Check, it splits up your multi-buys.

So, as you actually spent £1.25 on the 2 items it splits the £1.25 in the same proportions as before.

    Therefore, 55.2% of £1.25 is 69p.

    1.25 - 69p = 56p.

Therefore, for price checker, it works out the cost of your 2 Simply Add items as 69p and 56p respectively.

    Hope this makes sense !

I'm sure if I am wrong, someone will correct me !!!

    HTH

Thank you. That does make sense, and kind of what I thought, but found it way more difficult to make it make sense (IYSWIM?)

Had a look in Y@te extra before work today looking for 4p clothes - Nothing there.

I couldnt find anything at Cribbs yesterday either. That place is cleaner than the Simply Add shelves

Brilliant post, thanks. thanks too I think to darkvelv who posted a list up earlier.

Just a quick thing. I've edited your post to just leave the last 4 digits of the barcode. We do this as we only need the last 3 or 4 to make a positive id on a product but it means any Mr T manager can't read here, tap the code into his system and find out if/where any of that stock ia in his store and whip it off the shelves. ;)

Magicowen........good luck with the no smoking, seems like you have all the incentive you need.

    nahteb......have a great holiday.

OMG - thank you! When we were very young or now we are 6? Can't remember. How could you do this to me? - on the way out the door to work and now wanting to dig them out :):):):)

My WHOLE mojo is still AWOL. Proper going through a rough spell at the moment. Can't seem to get myself together at all. Happens from time to time but it will pass, just have to 'go with the flow' for now.

Hope it passes soon, who's going to be our "roving reporter" :rotfl:

I get days like that sometimes, but it usually passes after a few days

Yeah I go through spells like this quite often. They pass of course but they sure are a pain in the posterior while they are there as nowt seems to shift the gloom and I need a nuclear explosion under my backside to get me out of bed!!!

    I'm morphing into HC! :rotfl:

Hi, can anyone tell me if they have found the Simply Add meals in Altyr*nch*m Extra - thanks, more specifically the 'elusive' chicken tikka ones.

For anyone looking, I can confirm I have found them nearby in Bag*l*y Extra (everything but the chicken tikka ones).

    Thanks IA
