    Evening all!

I think I may have some news for you all! :D

Anyone fancy £50 worth of groceries for between £20ish and £30ish? (the price depends on the items you buy). I'm currently in 'experimenting mode'. So PLEASE be patient and I will report back soon with more info.

Also trying to catch up with the thread.

Thanks v much to Karlie I have used it and used the discount voucher codes so managed to get £59.00 (inc a couple of b1g1f) worth of groceries for £27.00.inc delivery. As well as using the Quidco codes I also put in T's code for a new customer and it reduced by both lots of £10, the £2.50 for frozen, the £2 for pet food, the £1 for cooked meat and the £1 for cheese so if I do get the £10 cash back as well it means it will have cost £17.00:j:j:j
If it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:

Just thought I'd show you the reply I have received from Yodel re my SSM delivery which didn't ever arrive:
    Good Morning Mrs Jagger,
Thank you for making me aware of the issues that you and your daughter have had with your deliveries.
I am really sorry that you both have had such a poor experience with Yodel.
The issues that you have highlighted in relation to your delivery, have been fully investigated with the Service Centre Manager and the driver in question has been interviewed accordingly.
The driver has advised that a gentleman in a van who was leaving the property at the time of the delivery signed the scanner and requested that the driver left the parcel at the back door which the driver subsequently did, as he thought that he was doing right.
Unfortunately, the drivers actions have left you without your goods which I sincerely apologise.
I would like to advise you that the Service Centre have notified DISS the sender of your parcel of the problem that this has caused.
I note from your email that you have had further inconvenience by our systems allowing you to reschedule your delivery for the 16th April which should not have happened as parcels that have a delivered status cannot be rescheduled.
I have reported this issue to our IT department who are making the necessary investigations, but fully appreciate that this has added to the frustration and inconvenience.
Over the past few days, we have been experiencing a higher than forecasted call volume into our Contact Centre which has had an impact on wait times for our customers but is not our intention to cause this dissatisfaction.
In light of the situation, I have arranged for a cheque to be raised as a gesture of goodwill to cover the costs of your telephone calls which posted to your address.
    Yours sincerely,

His turnaround plan involves recruiting more than 8,000 staff to improve levels
    of customer service,
particularly in its fresh food departments and its larger
