  • Evening all

I spoke to T's today about the out of date choc. They are sending me a £5 gift card.

Sorry to get your hopes up LTF about the bags. It works everytime for me.

it's okay. happy you're getting so many clubcard points :T:T

I was cheeky this afternoon, went to tesco with a friend and bought a bar of value white chocolate for 30p scanned the clubcard typed in 3 bags then scanned the moneycard. So quick! Quickest way to pay. (handy for glitches and 1p items I think!) then walked to my friends one (she doesn't have a clubcard) so used my one and typed in 3 bags:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I might go and buy the cheapest item tomorrow and then type in 3 bags:eek::eek::D:D

    HELLLLPPPPPP!

Just got in from a late shift & my fridge freezer has broken. Going to try and cook all the meat and fish over night then refreeze in my mums freezer tomorrow morning.

Slow cookers - if I cook stews on high instead of low, how many hours please?

Big joints like leg of lamb and topside of beef, should I just roast then refreeze, or is there something ebtter I can do?

thanks guys, its going to be a long night

Quick note from me, sorry to hear of the poorly mums :(
Just spotted babybels are on bogof, cheesestrings are half price, the sticks and spaghetti.
Is it £4 on cheese on the price flop voucher?
    If so 2 x Babybels = £3.16 + Cheesestring spaghetti 88p takes the subtotal to £4.04 - bogof £1.58 - £1 price flop = £1.54 for £4.93's worth of cheese snacks.

Oh I could eat all that, if I liked it & none of it was on my list of foods I can no longer eat :(

Happy Chappy have you got any BAXTERS :rotfl:;)chicken soup left ? Chicken soup has some sort of antibodies which are good for ill peeps
I whole heartedly sympathise with your food intolerance news. After surgery last year I have to have a high calorie but low fat diet! That ain't easy I can tell you! I also have to take enzymes every time I eat anything, but sometimes I still won't digest it and have all sorts of problems. :( Hubby has IBS so our meals are all over the place!

Hope you can sort out a diet that you enjoy and doesn't give you problems. (Though it was a big list, it won't be straight forward I'm sure!)

Twas me but alas no luck, oh unless you count the 3 for 2 FandF pasta bowls, (and I took them back )I had a set of phones out of there a few weeks ago but that is not a great store for me- other than the wombles! They truly are a messy bunch up there :D

I was in your local a few weeks ago, how clean are you lot?! (Or maybe I just missed your wombling antics?! ;) ) I'll be looking out for you! I'm easily recognisable, I'll be with dh who will be blatently emptying bins!! :rotfl:
