Evening all could someone tell me can u put wombled receipts into ts price check even if original receipt has club card detail and or was paid for by card. Thanks :)

Yes I do - I don't claim cc points if a recipe has been paid for with a credit card (I think some peeps do) and if a jtd comes back I would spend it without using my club card but that might be just me being over cautious
I've stopped shivering now, still blooming cold though.:(

Hope you feel better soon - get back to bed all tucked up cosy - a good sleep may work wonders

Oh I don't like Chinese food, we did go to flaming dragon buffet for O/H birthday but I rang in advance and they had a BBQ area where they cook stuff infront of you so I was able to have a plate of raw veg so I was happy :)

Yay - one whole salmon now in freezer in neatish filleted piles! Wasn't too difficult - but wish I'd got some of those new really sharp knives!!!!

    Night all.

I know I'm going to dream about this photo tonight:rotfl:

I am a coward, and even if I found all that I would not have the guts to buy it all! Did you get it all in one go or in several goes?

I would love to be able to find some of those sweets for the school fair! (if they were still in date by then, 'elf and safety an all that!)

Hi Lindos, I managed to find a lone box of TPO's at our extra they were tucked behind one of the end displays of choccy biscuits, I think that the SA put them there meaning to stash them in the back later but I found them:D
I went through a manned till with the box and gave the SA 1 and said I have got 43 of these, she didn't bat an eyelid, tbh I don't think she noticed the price they went through at because I was busy using the MSE'r chat and distract technique. :j:j
If it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:

I'm so glad your Mums news is as positive as it can be just now ChelseaGirl, I am thinking of you......
I shouldn't say too much as my Mum has said don't tell anyone at the moment,... not until treatment starts and they have to know, but your mum and mine are going through pretty much the same thing. :( This is the first I have said about it to anyone.
My Mum had a biopsy week before last, which confirmed what she was dreading, a scan last week, and another to be done this friday that I am taking her to. Apparently it's not as bad as could be possible, and there is treatment for her, but it will alomst definetly be chemo and radio therapy over 5 weeks..... She is in her 70's, but pretty strong for her age and doing very well considering she had a pretty major stroke a couple of years ago. No one would think she has what she has lurking inside her, but we all have to think positive...... We just have to hope her strength pulls her through the treatment.
Its a good job I have picked myself up over the last couple of months of dealing with mine and my DS personal issues, as being my Mums carer along with my Dad, and with help from one of my sisters, I can see I am going to have to find some extra strength.

I'm sorry that you also dont have good news. It sounds like you are all being pretty positive about it and thats important.

    Thinking of you xx

Actually there are receipts I don't put through, if they have staff discount on them - not sure why but that's my only restriction on them, otherwise they are pricechecked and CC points claimed!
