Regarding wedding presents, I buy a bevelled mirror like this one http://www.themodernhome.co.uk/comersus/store/comersus_viewItem.asp?idProduct=1839 usually from poundstretcher (about £6) then get it engraved with their names and wedding date (about £12). They look lovely and a lot more expensive than they are. Some engravers won't do mirrors but I found one who does, and a good job he does too.

Nikkilala re your IBS....your medications will have been having some effect on that too so dont be too hard or drastic on yourself. Some things cant be avoided x

Just the 4 mummy, it should have been 3 (1 and a half between two slices of bread) but for some stupid reason I put 4 in the pan.:(
