Am I the only one stopping up for the Travelodge sale? I thought I'd read a few posts on here whilst I'm waiting.

Fudge cake do you use kool n soothe when you have a migraine? I've used them since they came out years ago and find them brill, a lot better than a dripping flannel. http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/#/Shopping/FindProducts.aspx?Query=kool+%27n%27+soothe&Store=Tesco There is 4 in a pack and they last for hours cooling your forehead without coming off.

Kool 'n' Soothe Migraine are soft gel sheets designed to provide immediate cooling relief to the severe discomfort associated with migraine and headaches.

Thank you very much for thinking of me BLUEWKD. I was first given some of these to sample 10 years ago when I was in hosp with the blood clot in my head. The manufacturers had donated boxes and boxes to the hospital. While I was in there they were very handy to save, as you say getting your pillow case and sheets all wet with a flannel! But I stopped using them because the smell made me queasy :(

What I use instead is blue gel cool packs (bought from Lidl) Not sure if many people have used them before but they are fantastic for headaches. My Mum was very clever and used a new child's flannel (you know the one's with designs like winnie the pooh on) as a case. She created a pouch by sewing up one side and added a strip of velcro at the top and it's the perfect size to house the pack and allow the coolness through without giving you brain freeze (rather than putting them in the fridge, we put them in the freezer so they're chilled for a much longer time):TThe gel stays relatively soft and malleable so you can mould it to fit you. Mum used them around her neck/shoulders too if it's too hot to treat her arthritic joints with heat.

    Morning to All ,

Love'n'Hugs to all that need some comfort .

Ive not been up to a lot recently , my hobby took a new direction so I'm researching and purchasing some items to see if it's worth going down the ' buy all I can ' route .

    It looks promising .

Do any others on here have pastimes that take them away from the hussle & bussle of real life ?

Which direction is that then fourp? T's?? :rotfl::rotfl:

And my pastime is the Elite! :p:D
Just wondering if all those that are not receiving price checks have done more than the 10 checks (or whatever it is) per month per email address? I know before you could put more than the 10 in and you would still get the results. T's are not doing well and could be cracking down on this now.

No unfortunately not HC. One I submitted at about 2am on Sunday is from a shop I did Saturday and is to my main email address which I have only price checked about 3 receipts to in the last month. 2 are wombles that are with an address that hasn't had a price check in this month :(

So annoying I wish they'd pull their finger out. I could phone/email and enquire about the one that is actually my receipt but I would never mention the wombles. I'd rather lose whatever pence might be coming my way than alert them to my wombling activities and multiple email accounts!

On the subject of wombling...how many of you are submitting umpteen receipts from the same email addy? I always follow the 10 limit just incase they don't get returned. And the other question, how many of you add points of a shop paid by credit/debit card? I'm too worried after the horror stories of stolen cards :o

Although a sight to be seen is the WAG wannabee's out shopping on a Sat in town. You won't believe me but they are dolled up to the nines with makeup on, either wearing a tracksuit or pj's and big rollers in their hair, out shopping. It's like a "look at me, I'm going out tonight and I'm glamorous." NOT. Luckily, those ones are few and far between
    :D

Few and far between ........ every Saturday !!!!
