Was in my local Extra earlier and they were working on cages with old xmas stock. I couldn't hang around any longer but I saw some of the Christmas stocking fillers that were going through at 1p a while back, How Cool is This stuff, Marmite breakfast sets etc. I may pop back later to see if they have got it on the shelves yet. I did manage to pick up some Christmas reed diffusers at 50p though :D

Oh, I hope they were putting them out and were not stock they had taken off the shelf!;)

If I had seen a cage full of potential 1p stuff I would have been uncontrollable:rotfl::rotfl:

Thanks .... He been living in Liverpool last couple of year first with g/friend that didnt work out i was rather  with her. But he soon got over it and that's another tale.

DH prefers Liverpool to Manchester i don't know why i have never been to Liverpool.
It's a fab place and people are so friendly.. they strike up a conversation with you and people actually talk to each other ;)
Although a sight to be seen is the WAG wannabee's out shopping on a Sat in town. You won't believe me but they are dolled up to the nines with makeup on, either wearing a tracksuit or pj's and big rollers in their hair, out shopping. It's like a "look at me, I'm going out tonight and I'm glamorous." NOT. Luckily, those ones are few and far between
    :D

I'm a body double for Claudia Schiffer and i wont get out of bed for less than [STRIKE]£10k per day[/STRIKE] a 1p find

How/why did you manage to order 6?

Their website had problems and got stuck at auth stage, didn't get an email and called them, they advised to try again......all went through although never got email for any except last one.
Tracked with delivery beginning of may and last night a message to call them.
Poor guy didn't know why they were ALL cancelled then read his updates and read it back to me.
"All orders are being cancelled due to misprice and will receive a callback in 24 hours regarding the refund".
The price was still on the webiste at that stage and had been for five days, also instore.
I asked for the refund and he said he couldn't action it until the callback as its a different department.
Its nearly 24 hours and no call.

can i ask what the deal is with these please?
my lot use loads of these things in wraps, i usually have a fair few in the freezer but running low as it is school holidays. TIA

Not bought them myself, but as far as I know some packs have a half price sticker on them. however the offer is now over. So there is a DTD possibility if you can still find packs with the stickers on, as they are now going through the till at £4.

Some stores have got wise to it, and have manually removed the half price stickers.

This has happened in the past with lega of lamb, pork, and various toys which i saw reported on here..HTH

Good afternoon everybody. Hope everybody is very well and happy.
Hugs for anyone who needs a big hug. :grouphug:

Another one who's Goodie bag also arrived today. :T
Great to see plenty of you have also had a nice delivery as well. :j

    Still waiting on
    1 more goodie bag
    2x£25 L2S vouchers
    Red letter day voucher.

All these prizes must have cost them a small fortune. I worked out that what I won must total about £400.

If there are only 1,000 people who got the same then that's almost half a million pounds.

Can't thank the OP of mission control enough. Deserves a medal for what he/she has done for us all. :T :T
