Good morning all
No snow here yet - just rain, rain and more blooming rain!
Popped to Mr T's last night - all I managed to find was a little black teapot shaped thing to put your spoon/teabag on for 86p down from £3 odd.
Nothin else to report sadly!
Hope you all have a lovely day and there is a nice big glitch for us all0 -

and I have done the BIGGEST gaf with a great whoopsie. We have a stressful few weekends with lots of family coming and I am doing the meals... In a moment of confusion, last night I got out the turkey (yes, whoopsied from Christmas) to be thawed for this Saturday.
Great. BUT, I just found out I had it the wrong way around- this weekend we are 7 and next weekend we are 20! ...better find something else to cook for next weekend :eek::mad::eek:
turkey OEP anyone??? :rotfl:
Cook the turkey then carve it up and freeze it, will also save you time when you have a house full0 -
Morning All
I wanted an item of clothing yesterday to push my shop over £40 to use a voucher. I picked up a bright orange baggy cardigan from their new range - not a sale item - I think it was £12.
After beeping it through the till, the young SA snatched it back and said he was sorry but it had been withdrawn from sale in an emergency  and he couldn't sell it to me - very odd as they had a rack of at least 20 of them.
I would have loved to have seen what it actually said on his screen - surely not a new stock 1p item?? May have to pop back later and see if they are still out and try it on an SS till if it is.If you're not scared, you're not paying attention0 -

Please can someone spill the beans on what has happened to the JTD vouchers - there were some cryptic messages on the MOC chat thread so I went and read the Tescp price check rules and regs again but I could not see anything different.
I am not waiting for any but I do have one to use up in conjuction with conditional spends“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
RootedNomad, don't live in the Lakes, but do work up there. T's are far and few!
.Lucky you - fab part of the UK. Absence of Ts - that's a good thing! Getting away from it all few days. No phone, no internet, no TV, so kind of reassuring that I won't be tripping over T's round every corner.
Just a good crowd of peeps, lots of walking and climbing, and some good food and plenty of booze at the end of each day. Perfect.

morning all
For those of you who have snow, please take things easy out and about today. For those of you expecting it, please see above ;-)
Going to start planning my T shop for tomorrow. I have a clothing till spit which will no doubt get used at the weekend, but other than that, am reliant on a JTD voucher, SSM vouchers and tesco mag vouchers, so there will be meticulous planning :-)I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. I'm sure you'll have a lovely time if you come prepared for the weather! If you climb, you'll no doubt be kitted out safely. Easy to get away from it all, although getting to/from your base could be extremely busy with traffic. At least they've suspended some major roadworks over Easter!
One of my pet hates, is the tourist who doesn't understand the weather on the tops, gets into difficulties and then jeopordises the members of the MRT
Have a lovely weekendThe mind is like a parachute. It doesn't work unless it's open0 -
Morning everyone.
Hugs to those that need them. Pleased 3Dogs that you are now getting the help and support that you both deserve.
Snowing here but not settling yet. Kids are supposed to be coming back from Nottingham today not sure how as the snake pass is shut and M62 doesn't look good:(
Might nip into T's later but all these bargains are costing me a fortune:rotfl:
I did notice in our T's the shelves that people were buying for £11 from direct are now £5.50 instore HTH.
Have a good day.0
