I park at the far end of the carpark and walk slowly around the trolley shelters, if I see a receipt, I will move trolleys to get to it, if its on the floor I bend and pick it up, I know no shame :D

I had a sticky situation with this type of behaviour yesterday- lots of the trolleys in the Wales T's are the kind that need a £1 coin so all the trolleys are tightly wedged together:mad: impossible to slide apart for swift womble removal, I know, I tried!

There was a nice womble stuck right in the middle , couldn't leave it and no-one was about so was trying to prise it between the trolleys. It was having none of it,each time I tried I was pushing it further away:eek: As if by magic (Mr Benn style) a T's SA appeared behind me and asked me if I was OK:eek::eek::eek:

Yes thanks I said and shuffled off...I'm not sure how much she saw!

Next time I am taking a pair of tweezers to avoid such a situation.

Well my keyboard seems to have recovered on the lappy after a stray hen tried to escape all over it. a couple of keys are still a bit sticky though in the way they operate, predominantly the space bar and enter keys. Are they likely to 'free up' over time or should I bite the bullet and buy a new keyboard for it?

can you not lift it off and clean it?

I had to do that to my work keyboard....it tried to eat my yogurt and went everywhere. The only way I could clean it was to lift off every key and clean them and underneath too

I have 7 "trolley" tokens in my bag that I have found over my wombling lifetime, they come in handy as you can't spend them, luckily only 1 T's I go to uses coins the rest are free, I have had 1 close shave where 5 large trolleys that I hoofed out the way were hurtling towards a brand new BMW, I had to run to catch them :D

Wombling is quite a dangerous activity, I picked one up yesterday that was a little way under a car that was still parking  I was praying it didn't reverse again :eek::eek:

    But I got my womble!:T

    Don't try this at home...or in T's:rotfl:

Next time the SA asks if you are ok, point to the receipt and say, thats my receipt and I need it :D Well its not as if you are lying as it is yours (under the finders keepers law) they will either shuffle off as its too much like hard work or they will help you, either way you win :)

Me thinks I am a mere womble in training (saw that on someones sig - sorry can't remember whose it was) compared to some - I too park at the furthest point in the car parks so I can stroll past more trolley bays the extra exercise is good but alas finding 1p TCOs and TPOs has taken its toll :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
