Not sure if you are reading HappyChappy I saw the hair dye you use all shades on a half price offer in Superdrug on wednesday. Don't know what day their offers change. Maybe Westie could let you know if you are not about. ;)
  • Hi All, OMG a week away and new thread and 78 pages in :eek: im never going to catch up.

Now is it worth reading back or should I set a challenge who can sum up the last week in 30 words or less gets an easter egg !!:T

Ive decided since holidaying in the middle of nowhere in wales, im so lucky ive got 8+ tescos in a 20 mile radius and out there I found 1 small tesco with no bargains :(:( I even had to do my food shop in a morrisons:eek:

Hope everyone is set to have a good easter weekend, sending wishes to all that are sick and hugs to all that need a little lift

Totally agree too. I hope people will think twice about doing this sort of thing. Admittedly couponning is not something I delve into much as here I go mentioning again that I don't have a printer :o but I find there are still lots of savings/bargains to be had without resorting to what FK mentioned. :)

People mistakenly feel that this misuse cannot be traced.

Each jTD has the receipt details on the bottom that match the receipt.

It is an easy thing for the store to check the CCTV footage for the time and till referred to on the receipt, as all these details are clearly there, if they suspect misuse. Prosecution would certainly be an outcome if such a thing came to light!!!

Another handy pizza tip for professional pizza making ensure the cheese goes 1/2cm past the sauce to allow the cheese to collegelate(stick to the dough) then when cutting your toppings don't fall into the middle. When it comes out of the oven leave it for a minute before cutting as this also helps.
Not sure if anyone can guess where I used to work lol.

    G'day everyone.

**drags soap box out the cupboard**

I've had a couple of PM's recently about people shops and how god they were. Turns out first one was copying coupons and using multiples of the same coupon and the second person was reproducing JTD vouchers over and over again.

I know this thread is a brilliant support network to us all and we all appreciate the thread and also the plaudits when we have a great haul or shop, but please, please, please can we all bear in mind that we must stay the right side of the law with what we do. I don't want to end up baking a cake with a file in it! :)

Not having a go at anyone and I've no intention of naming anyone, just a gentle reminder.

**kicks soapbox back into the cupboard**

    Very well put, thanks

Can I also ask whilst on this theme please only use the voucher for the product they are intended for. My local T's has now stopped anyone using more than 1 coupon for a product in a transaction. They have said that you will only be allowed to use more than 1 if the barcode is different. So for example, the pilgrims choice coupon which is a PDF and can be printed off more than once still has the same barcode and they are refusing more than one.
The reason for this is that they have had a lot of coupon abuse where customers are putting through coupons and not purchased the product. SSM vouchers seem to be the main culprit. I think we have loads of lurkers on here from where I live as there are never any 1p items when you get to store and when there have been offers its like a plague of locusts have been as the shelfs are empty.

Sorry for extending the rant, will put soapbox back in the cupboard where I found it.
If it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:
