At the moment B&M are selling pizza express pasta sauce with aubergine for 49p and it is divine. I got some in specially for pizza toppings to save time. Fantastic value considering it is the same price as a tin of toms:T
Do you do anything to the crust to make it more special?
I have just sampled my test pizza and it was really nice. It was quite crisp despite only having been in for about 6 mins.
I wondered if the crust could be jazzed up a bit more.
I do make my own garlic mayo for dipping crusts but I'm sure they could be improved somehow...?
Ideas?
To make stuffed crust ala PH thin and stretch the rim of your dough to approx 2cm over the tray place cheese strings thumb width apart, fold dough and tuck at cheese string, ensure sealed by gently pushing cheese filled crust to the edge of the tray. Top and cook as normal.

Wasn't that a few months back? So is this likely to be a lucky find by OP?
Not sure if you know Karlie but there was another £1 sale just about a month ago, the jeans reduced down to either £1 or £2 then were stock that were not cheaper in the previous £1 sale last year. There were some AW10 cargo skinny ones that last time were reduce in navy blue but this time the dark black/grey ones were. Last year got pale blue jeans for 4p and £1 not sure whether SS11 and this year the darker shades were £2.0 -
Does anyone know please which oral b refills they are doing on JTD or is it any of them

I do a stuffed crust occasionally either using cheese or the pizza tom sauce
Can I suggest placing cheese strings around the edges of the dough and folding over.
Seems to work best whilst wearing crocs..:D
No need to thank me ....My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -

I've had a couple of PM's recently about people shops and how god they were. Turns out first one was copying coupons and using multiples of the same coupon and the second person was reproducing JTD vouchers over and over again.
I know this thread is a brilliant support network to us all and we all appreciate the thread and also the plaudits when we have a great haul or shop, but please, please, please can we all bear in mind that we must stay the right side of the law with what we do. I don't want to end up baking a cake with a file in it!
Not having a go at anyone and I've no intention of naming anyone, just a gentle reminder.

Totally agree too. I hope people will think twice about doing this sort of thing. Admittedly couponning is not something I delve into much as here I go mentioning again that I don't have a printerbut I find there are still lots of savings/bargains to be had without resorting to what FK mentioned.

Sorry to have a rant.
Felt almost sorry for the till supervisor who was ‘sent’to tell me this morning as I was leaving store, that TPOs I had just purchased through SS till, and had receipt for, were not for sale and that “she had to have them back”. LOL
Asked her politely “how could they not be for sale? There were four boxes, with a yellow SELstating 1p? Told her that I had paid for them, had a receipt (or should I say contract now with Tesco) and that I was not prepared to let Tesco purchase them back from me as I wanted to keep them”.
TS “There may well be 4 boxes on the shelf but they are not for sale”.
Me: “Oh, if they are not for sale, how come I just bought them?” “I didn’t go into the store room for them.”
TS: ‘Well I have to take them back’ - she then tries to take the bag off me and threatens to call security! (normally there is security near the door but he wasn’t there).
Me: (really trying not to lose it) “Call away, and whilst you are at it call the Police. You have just tried to steal something from me in front of all these customers, sorry I mean witnesses, and I am sure it will be on camera, and you have thoroughly embarrassed me. I intend to have you charged with attempted theft!
Immediately from behind the mag stand appears a ‘manager’who tells her to leave it and says “it’s okay, you can keep them”.
I told him in no uncertain terms that actually it is very far from okay, took his name, and said this really is not the end of the matter and that I intended to make a detailed complaint to the Chief Executive's Office.
Had I not been on my way to take my aunt to the airport, I would have called the Police myself from the store.
Left him stood there, I was just waiting for a ban, but he didnt say anything.
Could have done without any profile raising in this store as it is (or was) my ‘corner shop’. Just trying to compile my complaint, can’t seem to get it just right, but I will. I am still fuming.0 -
Another handy pizza tip for professional pizza making ensure the cheese goes 1/2cm past the sauce to allow the cheese to collegelate(stick to the dough) then when cutting your toppings don't fall into the middle. When it comes out of the oven leave it for a minute before cutting as this also helps.
Not sure if anyone can guess where I used to work lol.
