Tesco's logic again, instore this morning... large tin of Heinz spaghetti 50p... 4 pack £2.26 :eek:

People will still buy the 4 pack, I can't believe how many people shop with their eyes closed

When the 36 weetabix pack was on offer at £2 I stood debating 2 or 3 boxes, several people picked up the 24 pack (12p dearer than the 36 pack) and a few people got the 48 pack which was almost double the price! I did tell one person but they snapped "I only want 24"

I agree Frequent. I even got a text from Anglia Water this morning telling me of the hosepipe ban. Wish they were so quick in dealing with queries, overcharges and leaking pipes...;)

  • Hi All

Just found some more OOD Red Wine

    http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=259578276

Has not worked out free as label said £10.99 half price to £5.49
Brought 3 as all that was left went through at £8.99 each.
    Overcharge of £3.50 each so once doubles = £7 x 3 = £21
Gave DTD no problems works out I paid £5.97 for 3 bottles.

Shame though as it caught me out at the tills as total £37 and huge queue so did not want to go and pick something else up
    Now on the 5:2 diet.

    Lost 25 1/2 lbs :j:j:j 33 1/2 lbs to go
