  • I suppose I'm prejudiced as I am lucky I have never had a mortgage nor paid rented. I bought my house from savings. I find the CT onerous as it is.

  • Lots of watchers on fleabay listings, but very few are bidding. Must be the sign of the times. I have even given away the money-off vouchers which MrT sent me. So, there will be no more temptations to prompt me into unnecessary spending.

    On the MFW front, I have achieved 3 consecutive NSDs. I am yet to OP for this month as I am keeping that money for other major expenses in January. Let me see how everything goes...
