Orange Swapables

I upgraded to a Panther Plan on Orange to take advantage of the new Swapables deal. My plan went live on March 3rd but I was not able to access the swapables page to choose my Swapables for over two weeks. Many, many phone calls to Orange and posts on Orange helpers page but no one called be back even though they promised to. After nearly three weeks I was able to access the page. (I tell a lie an engineer called me the day after my problem was solved) One of the Swapables I chose was the Sky Sports option. Guess what another problem. I can watch it over 3g but when on wifi my phone says unable to play video. So back on the phone I go. This time it's a joke. I am told firstly that if it works on 3g then it's not Orange's problem and I shoud contact Sky. Then I can only use Orange's wifi as no others will work. Four or five calls have resulted in me being told it is impossible to access the Sky Sports Swapable via wifi and one guy has told me that it may be a known issue.
For goodness sake. It is a month since my plan went live and i'm still unable to access my chosen Swapable. I have been told more than 8 times that I will be called back and haven't been. When I speak to so called level 2 engineers they tell me I can't do something that the company says I can. The implmentation of this launch is a joke. Emails I have written have been replied to acknowledging that they need to communicate the correct information more effectivley throughout the company.
I wish they would communicate the correct solution to my problem and in less than a month. I have never been so frustrated by and so angry at a company in my life. I have contacted the BBC Watchdog programme and when each of my contracts is up I shall not be renewing with Orange.
My daughter wants a new Iphone 4s and it's up to £10 a month cheaper else where e.g Carphone or Three.

Sky Sports is boring and I doubt Watchdog will care much!

Sky sports possibly doesn't stream due to the fact that the content isn't coming directly from Orange. The fact that the service works via network data but doesn't on wifi goes some way to bearing this theory out.

Sorry to contradict you but Orange have said that Sky Sports should be able to be viewed via both 3g and wifi although they have yet to explain this to all of their employees.
Sorry to hear that Watchdog won't care. I thought a company advertising a new product on national TV and not telling their own staff about how the product works or doesn't, might be a little interesting but what do I know?
To be honest I couldn't give a monkey's if Watchdog care or not. What I want is the service I signed up to, on the back of a TV ad, to work and for the company I'm paying over £30 a month to tell me when they're going to do it.
