    Hi again

I gotta say I'm loving the 'mood hoover' expression, think I will borrow that one :rotfl:

I really did enjoy your diary, i'm 5 years into my MFW plan now and you know what it's like, sometimes it's just good old fashioned slog and trying to keep motivated. I don't get to post that regularly though I'm trying to be better at the moment, so I'm working my way through some diaries to keep my energised and yours was the lucky one last week ;)

Keep at it LJ, you're doing fab

    Regards
    ATT

Hello from a rainy Scotland :hello:
Its nights like this its not bad being away with work - got a nice hotel and got a room upgrade. Finished work at 6.30 and don't need to leave here until 9 tomorrow morning - even though someone wanted a meeting with me at 9.30 tonight - yes tonight! They wont ask me that again! I mean seriously I'm normally ready for sleep by then and certainly not functioning enough to talk work :rotfl:
