    How is horsey?

    Hi
Getting there thanks although we had a bit of a set back today when his owner turned up.... He literally has no manners round her and then tried it on with me when she left! He had a swift lesson on how to behave! How's yours?

Oh and prob should detail my money saving over last few days! Cheap ish weekend although had a proper girls nite out on sun including booze, taxis and mc d's! Did save a bit tho when the 3 of us blagged a lift from a couple to get into town. We didn't know them so it was nice of them to say yes (felt a bit cheeky, wouldn't have asked when sober!)
Also planted some potatoes, salad and tomatoes. My mum bought me the spuds and the planters so v cheap! Exchanged it with eggs from my chickens!
Also away wiv work so that saves a bit and a colleague bought me lunch coz I forget my purse.... Oops (luckily found it in my car, very security conscious!)
OH cooked those famously cheap bean and carrot burgers last nite and they were super lush! Bargain!
So overall money saving going well. Just need to try and get my lodger to turn her heaters off.... I mean seriously its a million degrees outside and she has all the windows open! She's not taking the subtle hints!
    Apprentice tonight.... Fab!

If you didn't have a horse you probably could :rotfl:.

Final big lump of my work share save went into mortgage today. A whopping £8k for a £2k investment. Got about about £1.5k tied up til nov in my final share save but the company is highly likely to get sold next month so can't count on them honouring it (apparently not even they know yet???) Anyway, it's made me happy on this sat night as I'm sat in watching a film and eating Easter egg! Would rather be out on the town but that'll have to wait til next year!
