Where do I take my dodgy Nokia phone back to? Predicament!!

I set up a new contract with 3 via the Mobile Outlet.

I requsted the Motorola Razr V3 but sold it on eBay so I could buy a brand new Nokia 6280 (locked into 3) off eBay.

The Nokia is now 3 months old and constantly keeps turning off, cutting out, buttons not working etc.

Who do I send it to for repair? It should be under 12 months manufacturers warranty right?

Do I send it back to 3, Nokia, the guy on eBay or what??

nokia has 24 months warrenty
may need a s/w upgrade but it doesnt seem to be listed on the nokia upgrade site?
it would be easiest to take it to an authorized service center
some cpw have onsite repair center or look here:

I had a SE K800i which froze on me, I took it to my local CPW (which had a repair centre), they couldn't fix it, so sent it to SE who also couldn't fix it, so SE sent a replacement phone to my CPW for me to pick up, no charge at all.

no fees as its under warrenty

I had a problem with my handset which was 3 months old...They asked the purchase bill for date confirmation...as they couldn't repair it at the centre, it is now on the way to Nokia!!!

All Nokia handset have 24 months warrenty.
