I would have a look at this post on HUKD as there are Caravan resorts within your price range I have just found but only for 3 days from Fri 1 June (Felixstowe and South Minster for £15 per person per break minimum you have to pay for is 4) and none in Cornwall. Think the problem may be that is the half term week for school holidays.

Have alook at this post for £5 per night per person hotel rooms and although a lot have now gone you may be able to get some rooms for your dates.
