hi, just a quick question its probably been asked before but just starting to read through the thread and with a newborn its taking a bit of time. i know you are allowed 5 of each voucher a month, but is it a month from when you 1st ordered one or do they work on calendar months?

I get paypal so I can answer this one. Go to "redeem", choose the swag store and type paypal in the search box that says "find an item or category." Choose the option you want and follow the instructions.

can anyone techy take a guess at why song person surveys dont work for me? neither on chrome or firefox. i'm thinking its vlc. are the songs played on vlc for other people?

I'm on firefox and they appear to work ok on this computer.
What's vlc ? I'll see if it's on here

vlc is a media player i use instead of something like windows media player. the the symbol of this vlc that appears on the song person player.

i forgot and cant find them through google
