Take a screen shot of the error message .. the one with the 4 reasons why you can not take them and open a technical issue on swagbucks. I asked them to check my account for errors and to make sure I was showing as located in UK and they sorted. I had an email last night from someone asking if I was working. Do you guys want to pm me your Swagbucks screen names and I will forward them to the person and say you had the same issue. It might help. xx

Thanks for this. I will report it tomorrow. Don't know how to do a screenshot though as I'm not very 'techy'.

Glad you said that - i've been say here cursing, but now feel marginally better that others have had the same thing happen to them. Its so naughty though!
