if you haven't posted a ticket about missing credit on the chocolate survey, it is worth doing so, I have been credited this evening for it and only queried it this morning:)

Did a 60SB survey on the olympics on PL though. It only took a few mins.

I have now raised 2 tickets with PL and had no reply in over a week and have no idea how to access the tickets?

I did that Supersonic Vitamin Water one yesterday and theres no record showing of that for me to even query!:cool:

Hello! I'm new to this site and have joined especially to ask some questions about Swagbucks.

This is a very long thread so I hope to be forgiven if I ask things that have already been covered here....

I have just earned enough for £10 to be credited into my paypal account and I reactivated as instructed - my swagbucks balance hasn't changed though and nothing has gone into my paypal account - how long does it take?


Also I had a problem yesterday with my daily target. I needed 90 swagbucks and got to 87 by doing the survey, watching videos and playing games. Then no matter how many games I played my balance wouldn't increase!:mad:

Today I have earned 70 points for a survey and it has credited my swagbucks account but not gone onto my daily total!!!

PS I have done the show survey, I was losing the will to live by the end of it though!:o

It takes about a week to ten days for the money to go into Paypal. They send me a verification email and you must verify the order before it will go through. If you look at the menu under your name at the top right of the screen you can go to your order status to make sure that it's been verified and id going through OK.

Well managed to redeem my 5th £5agc of the month ... I did want to save up for a £25 but believe the £5agc is far better value ... Already building towards septembers target now

I had this too but did the survey as a daily survey a few days ago and it didn't credit and was relatively tiresome so not too fussed.

Hi all,

I did a Toluna daily survey that actually credited for once :shocked: It was on advertising.

I'm having problems with that Vitamin Water app too, I installed it early yesterday, (it was actually very funny!) but I've still not been credited . Don't know if it's worthwhile submitting a ticket!

I believe you can only earn 10 sb for playing games. After that you don't get any more credit. I can't remember where I read it.
