He said I need to hand it into the post office with return to sender on it. Is this correct or do I need to pay? I've never returned anything online before.

    107/100

Did a DS and there appears to be a lot of surveys around today (have no time to do them though!) is everyone having a profitable day?

I buy online all the time. You will have package it up. Put his address on the front. Your return addy on the back and send it recorded so you have proof of sending it if he says he never got it back, which some sellers do. Also make sure he's refunding your postage costs as well as it's not your fault you have to return it.

The 30 swagbuck opinion surveys on Peanut labs always chuck me out. I enter my date of birth and uk and boom I get the landing page. This happens on every 30 swagbuck survey on there!!!!!

Hi the amazon user, you need to get the postage off them. It is for them to pay and they should send your new one out before the old one goes back. If not open a ticket with Amazon, they take things VERY seriously unlike Ebay. I got a full refund on my camera I bought because the seller sold me it with an american charger. I asked him to send me an english one and he just kept saying he had done so. After a few emails amazon just refunded me. I bought a charger myself with the refund.

    xx

Is there a time limit on the SB`s example, if not redeemed after x amount of weeks then you lose them?

Just looked on their site but couldn't find anything regarding this, and was just curious as i lost a hell of a lot on toluna last year causing me to stop playing :(
