only thing i can think of is the page is set to american and not UK, if no luck ide contact support

I would try to re sign up hon all I can think of ditto re the fact you might be set up for america if not try putting in a zip code of a hotel or something and then when set up go in and change your account and address to uk. Long way around mind lol xx

There is nothing to solve for the code, it is a straight forward copy & paste.

Have you been in touch with them? sometimes they will send a replacemetn before they receive the original item if it's a major issue like this.
