I had the same the other day, they told me that the company running the comp could not verify my address and phone number so my entry was void.

I went to Swagbucks and lodged a complaint. Showing my name and address on the screen shots and told them I could send them copies of my address on bills and a copy of id if the company said I do not exist. Swagbucks gave me the points and said sorry it happened. So I would suggest going to swagbucks they were really nice. Had to bother them twice now. x

guys how do I report missing credit for a daily survey :-/ I have one from last week as well going to have a go but can not see the link anywhere :-/ lol

I have one from 25/6 (see post above) I reported it via the Trusted Surveys link but they have refused payment even though I sent proof!!

I saw hon just re submit all I do is keep repeating myself with them. In the end so long as you have proof you usually win out.

I had one try to tell me the other day that they would not award me because I did not have an email screen shot yet the company running the comp did not send an email. I refused to be fobbed off and emailed the company and had the reply from them that they did not send an email for that offer. I told the wall and they paid up.

Stick to your guns hon, be polite but stick to your guns. Did you make sure the date was in the screen shot? I did have that excuse a while back so make sure the date is visible in every screen shot so they have date and time and the pic.x

I'm having a similar experience at the moment, I also didn't get the 14 Acer sb, I submitted a ticket and sent a screenshot and they haven't even had the courtesy to reply
I've got a good mind to send some snotty emails to these companies and just remind them that when people get fed up with being treated like this and stop clicking the offers - they won't make any money!
