But yeah, I'm sorry to hear that. It must be a shock to have it caused like that, mine developed over 6 months when I was 17, I can't imagine waking up with it.

goodness nearly had heart failure aswell then, went onto my ledger to check my points for the day and it came up zero!!!

Cally eww at your start time, when I go back I am starting on just afternoons as my pain meds make me awful on a morning plus not sleeping well cos of the back injury. I will just be glad to get some income coming in other than these he he :-)
Killer I look at it more that I am lucky I walked away from the accident and I am still able to walk etc. I will live with fybro and myoclonus just grateful I did not damage any discs worse eh :-)

So many in one thread, thank god correlation does not imply causation. :rotfl: I know you're all going to bed, but when you wake up tomorrow, if you haven't already, look into "tai chi for chronic pain" it really helped my hands and neck. Plus it's designed for severe arthritis so it's suitable for lots of pain types.
When I went to my one I was the youngest there by 20 years and then she was younger than the rest by another 20 years :rotfl:
