I'm ok, I find resistance training (light!!) to be very useful with my dislocationary tendencies and back pain http://www.clasohlson.com/uk/Asaklitt-Multifunctional-Body-Trainer/Pr349434000 this is my favourite thingy for it. I cope pretty well until I have a stress come-down : ) What are your techniques?

Hello from another lurker. I joined on 6th June and have already got my five Amazon vouchers for this month plus 402 spare already.

I originally heard about Swagbucks on another forum and someone there said there was loads of fab info here and I just want to say thank you all soo much and I will try and do my best to help out here too if I can.

Today wasn't normal

400 points in surveys (madness I tells ya, it's never normally like this!), 105SBs for that bingo offer thingie and the rest was videos/SBTV.
