I noticed I have several tickets open that have not been replied to :-( bit concerned.

I opened one for elite mate I joined and wished I had not. 2 Games i joined and played and the snoopy one for today :-/ weird.

The Elite mate one has been open since the 27th May.

when you put a support ticket in, depending on which offer wall it is, they have their own ticket system which you have to register/sign in to in order to see their response

PL wall is one that sends you a different response to the one which you will see when you are logged in

I would go back and check which tickets you are still waiting for a response from and put your original message as a reply in order to bump up the ticket, be prepared to have to submit screen shots as well in some cases

(sat with keyboard on knee as cat has took over the desk, LOL)

Was kicked out of the Fisher task with 0% accuracy?!?! How?! So i'm not allowed to try again. I think it must have been a glitch because there's no way i got it all wrong.

Damn, the grads are WAY ahead of us dads now, what's going on there then?

I've just cashed in for my 2nd voucher of the month. Slow week last week as I was away for the four day weekend

I got kicked out for 50% accuracy on the last one and like you I know I didn't do anything differently to all the others that I'd done successfully - it said that I'd put in blank responses but I know I didn't; it wouldn't have let me submit the page in any case.
Maybe we can do it again next time?
I just spent a little time on the Crowdflower support forum and found loads of people complaining about this, and a mesage saying it was supposedly sorted, which clearly it isn't. I'm not sure whether or not to add to the melee as since they've changed to this forum support system, I've not had a valid response to anything I've raised an issue with.

That has happened to several of us hon, I did message them to let them know but never heard back. I had done it previously and had 100% so ditto there was no way on one screen I went down to 0%

had forgotten all about it, it was about midweek. Someone else had it happen on here as well so it has to be a fault. There is a second one and that does work xx

No I do not like that forum thing, I admit I had a bit of a not fight but firm words with someone on their staff over an issue on the forum. There was another task that was not working on mac computers and any post anyone made they merged the messages into one thread but I read the entire thread and there was no helpful outcome in there and it was months and months and months old. So I started a new one and posted asking them to Not move it and explained that hiding all our posts in one thread where nothing was getting resolved was going to help. That the thread was really old and I thought they needed a new one so someone could take a new look at it and actually see if they could sort it. I worded it as nicely as I could but firmly and whoever answered it agreed with me, they locked the old one and started a totally brand new thread and all credit to them they had it working within the week :T:T I was VERY impressed. The problem was they had lumped lots of very similar issues together and nothing got sorted. But I can see the good side of the thread if they do fix something you can read back and see. It's hard isnt it xx

Only managed 115SBs yesterday as I was out for most of the day and didn't qualify for the daily survey

I'm up to 95 already and haven't finished with the SBTV mobile videos, so am hoping to redeem another voucher this morning. I'm even thinking about doing tasks *yawn*
