Don't worry about "going on" we all need to talk about things that are getting us down and thats what we are here for. The most important thing is your family. Money is just money it will get sorted eventually. You have taken a very brave step in trying to sort out your debt. Just remember don't be pressurised into offering creditors any more money. Just say "I am on a DMP with PayPlan here is my reference number, there is no more money available", be polite but firm and don't let them intimidate you!!
