Any gripes about the Sky BB/TV/phones pkg?

I've read the various threads about the Virgin et al. package, Vodaphone and many other providers (I'm not one really to mess with my providers because there are so many nightmare companies out there and I'm really not one for checking bills and dealing with hassles!) but I'm interested in the Sky deal - anyone with any experience/thoughts on how that turns out? Appreciate it!

3 months with no broadband thanks to the combined efforts of Sky and BT.
Not too bad now, occasional drop outs.
Customer service at Sky Broadband leaves much to be desired.
Have a look at other peoples experiences at http://www.skyuser.co.uk/That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
Thanks so much for the feedback, exactly wat I wanted to know - hope things continue improving for u and tks for that link - will post if I decide to go ahead :beer:Jdubb0

I switched from Tiscali to Sky without too much hassle. My router arrived 4 days late after the switch over so I was left with a down time of 4 days.
Never dropped the signal and good speeds for a month now. I'm glad I changed because I save £8 a month and have 4.3mb download speed instead of 1mb.0 -
