Best Cash Isa starting May 2012.

Hi,
I want to trnsfer my current Cash ISA with Santander, holding £26000, to a higher rate one. Unfortunately I am stuck in a fixed rate until 02/05 2012 and fear all the new season ISA deals will be gone. Any tips as to what may be the best by that date. Looking a monhly interest deal as well, to vonfuse things more!:j

I would wait a couple of weeks, there will be a lot of opening/closing of ISA issues in that time, so would be best to wait.0
