    Morning everyone - just:o

I'm in again this week. Great to see a difference from last week as rooms come back round again. Aiming to do basics and some bits from deep clean if I can fit them in. Saw GP on Friday and she stressed the need to allow time for recovery from my op - so every time the OH sees me trying to fly he tries to make me sit down :rotfl:

mrs-moneypenny Glad your gran's funeral went well. Look after yourself - she wouldn't want you to be stressed. (((Hugs)))
I'm another one who still needs to make a frog list. Trouble is now I know which numbers I should be doing for yesterday and today I might fiddle the list so the things for these numbers are only tadpoles :D

dancemum sending you some calming vibes. I hope your day improves.

 What is Star Wars Day?

Stay warm everyone - the snow band is passing over just now and has brought a gale to add to the fun.

Since someone mentioned Star Wars Day, I felt I had to mention
that there are 52 days to Towel Day - 25th May - to celebrate the life of Douglas Adams who wrote Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Towel Day? 'Cos an intergalactic hitchhiker should always know where their towel is.

As I'm at work, I'm "off list" and repotting cyclamen, ferns and whichever indoor plant needs attention. I may be some time!

I'm reading (well re-reading) The Hitchiker's Guide atm Shortbird, appropriately enough on my kindle. Interesting how many references there are which are relvant to our internet filled lives!

Valli: Offer on the Kindle, or the books?;)

And in South Birmingham, we've had rain, and plenty of it.

Last year I had the Y5 class ((aged 9/10) on May the Fourth SO I put

Happy Star Wars Day on the board...

one kid walked in and said 'oooh it's gonna be right good!'

    Bedroom cleared

then flicked onto the nex tpage where the joke was 'explained'

:D Actually, it's a programme I don't care for; I tried watching the first series, but gave up after the first 3 episodes. For one thing, I couldn't fathom who was supposed to be doing what to whom, as all the male characters looked very much alike to me (I have issues with recognising faces) and secondly, some of the scenes made me feel physically ill._pale_ A shame really, because with all the hype, I'd really been looking forward to it, and was mightily disappointed.
