Haven't managed to get the dry clothes folded or put away but i did get sidetracked in the bedroom and completely cleared out my wardrobe. Loads of stuff to go and now i can actually see what i have. Plus more washing done and the fire lit.

HTT been out and hopefully OH will be discharged today. He also got offered a job this morning, it's only for a few days a week so will suit him loads better than full time plus it's only a mile up the road so in good weather he can walk home. :D We'll just have to see if it works out.

Right i better get dressed for the doctors and DS1 in, he still has a blocked ear.

Helensdatter believe me my messy, cluttered house needs it.:rotfl:
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Sneaking back in quietly - Afternoon everyone :D

I'm doing okay but I now need to get the house back into some reasonable shape again. I was doing so well but lost motivation yet AGAIN..lol A lot of it is really superficial so it won't be too bad thankfully.

Hope everyone has been well, belated birthday wishes to those I have missed.. Hugs and love to everyone else xxxx

Hello all, will be just two days flying for me this week due to hols. All Monday list done with exception of ironing which will still be a Friday job for me. Vacuumed and swept through house, took dogs for a couple of walks and gave them a good brush and clean. Catch you all tomorrow.

    Evening all.

Am rather excited as the mortgage interview went really well this morning and I can afford to go for the type of house I'd really like :j It's also really given me a kick to get this place sorted so I can sell it and move!!

Seriously thinking about getting a skip to help with the decluttering!!!

Stuff in the car ready to drop at the charity shop on the way to the station tomorrow.

Also decluttered 3 hours at the cinema watching The Hunger Games!

Going to sort more papers and junk now whilst watching Grimm.

Love and hugs to all especially Toots, L-L and LW xxx

  • Oh dear after a good start with last week's lists the school holidays have dealt my good intentions a body blow. If that makes sense.

I managed to give the boys a short list each, they emptied their bedroom bins, and that was about it.

Hi ladies, could I join you please? I did attempt to join in a while ago but fitting it in around my work and having to be quiet when DH was in bed (he works shifts) was too difficult and I ended up doing everything at the weekend anyway! ANy how, I've just left work and I have a baby due in less than 4 weeks so I'd like to get into a better routine of doing a bit each day. On the surface the house doesn't look bad but I don't tend to do much in the way of deep cleaning so hopefully the lists will help me with that!

I haven't made a start on today's list as I've been out all day so i'll try and catch up tomorrow.
