I've just had a google, LC 2 and what a beauty she/it is!!! Her Highness didn't look impressed about the rain and was a lot happier on the monorail.

Very, very interesting for sure and at least now we'll know what you mean, so which is sparks going for?

An excellent start to your savings, LunaLady! It's always good to get underway and you've begun. :D
Night all, have a good day tomorrow.

sparky, have you built a summer house or a houseboat?? Not at all sure from what you've written??
    Evening Sue
It feels like a houseboat there are 6 tubes of waterproof sealant in all the joints & joists, hopefully when it rains DW and I will be able to watch the rain outside without any dripping on our heads.
    SPARKY!!

I've just realised everyone on here probably think that I'm nuts bet they haven't heard of the Mersey Duck!!!

A few more small ones in the work tin and a couple of silver ones added to the bottle this evening.

One thing to add to that, RedGoose, is that it's only ever the female ones that bite, so always keep a look out and if you can see dangly bits you're ok...if not...head for them there hills FAST!!!!!

Be careful, little_sweetie, I've got my eye on you, tothers too.

What're you laughing at, Sam??!

Talking of nuts.......Sorry, but I'm not going to hesitate whilst I look for a gnat's n*ts, if I see it on me the it'll be swotted regardless. You can call be ruthless, but at least you can't say I'm sexist ;)

I know it's only female mosquitos that bite as they want your blood for their eggs, which sounds logical, so maybe it's the same with gnats.

    Welcome LunaLady

I like to think that every penny saved is a penny I don't have to earn ;)

and every roadkill penny is (oops was) somebody else's money, which is always exciting.
