I haven't posted on Hereford a while, but thought I'd pop in to say hi!!! I'm doing well with my pot, I have no idea how much I have in there, but I have nearly FILLED 1 whole pot
. It's the sort you need a tin opener to open! I've got my 2nd one waiting, it is slightly bigger than my current one, so my aim is to fill the 2 by 29th November
Well done to all fellow potters!!!0 -
At the end of the week, I am potting £5.92 in coins

£6 to my 'saving for some nice fabric' pot - I want to make home made 'envelope-system' pouches like the ones here: http://simple-green-frugal-co-op.blogspot.co.uk/2009/06/are-you-using-envelope-system.html?m=1 They're so cute.
£2 to my petrol fund - my lovely little scooter only needs about £7 worth every month & a half. Thank goodness.Sealed Pot Challenge Member 164

Hi Sue, glad you're feeling better and thank you for the new thread.
B.E.G, congrats on your W.A., hope you've had a wonderful day.
I bought a great big new tin for when my small one is full, which should be soon. The new one had Spiderman wrapped round it but I've covered him up with some nice blue SBP I've had hanging around for months.
Keep up the good potting everyone.S.P.C. 9 2016 No. 062 Banked £337.50

Morning everyone, looks like a good one, though another sharp frost here! Getting ready for Wednesday!I've been quickly reading through some of the last 3 pages on tother thread and one or two things to address:
I've updated your Target to £200, roguexuk, all the best with meeting it, you're doing so very well. All the best on making the pouch/es, they really are beautiful.
So sorry to hear about your lappie, sparky, still everything wears out and at least you had a good offer and CB on Quidco!
Thank you girls for your lovely comments. You really are such a wonderful bunch on here. :grinheart
b_e_g, I hope the rest of your day, including that meal and pie (!!) was a really memorable one.
Very well saved, Linzight and good to see you.
Lovely to see you, RhiBi and it's marvellous that you've already saved almost a pot full of cash!!
Why the embarrassed face on saving £5.92, Delilahh? It's still good savings, well to my mind anyway. Be pleased with it, it's a LOT better than nowt!Enjoy the day folks, I bet LC 2 is having a wonderful time in Portugal with her DH.Sue x

Weighed my pot last night, 7.5lbs! That is heavier than my baby when she was born  I definitely have to start a new pot now as I don't plan to take a tin opener to it and if it gets any more full I won't be able to get the coins outMortgage at 12/07/2022 = £175,000

A new thread and already lots of potting logged. Brilliant motivation.
I'm still throwing spare coins in my pot, but won't count it until November. I'm also doing a boot sale this weekend where all proceeds will be potted.0
