Sealed Pot Challenge 5 ~ Part 2

I haven't posted on Hereford a while, but thought I'd pop in to say hi!!! I'm doing well with my pot, I have no idea how much I have in there, but I have nearly FILLED 1 whole pot . It's the sort you need a tin opener to open! I've got my 2nd one waiting, it is slightly bigger than my current one, so my aim is to fill the 2 by 29th November

Yay a new thread

I've had a NoSpendWeek this week, so £10 to restart off my sealed Pot

£6 to my 'saving for some nice fabric' pot - I want to make home made 'envelope-system' pouches like the ones here: http://simple-green-frugal-co-op.blogspot.co.uk/2009/06/are-you-using-envelope-system.html?m=1 They're so cute.

£2 to my petrol fund - my lovely little scooter only needs about £7 worth every month & a half. Thank goodness.

I bought a great big new tin for when my small one is full, which should be soon. The new one had Spiderman wrapped round it but I've covered him up with some nice blue SBP I've had hanging around for months.

Morning everyone, looks like a good one, though another sharp frost here! Getting ready for Wednesday!

Why the embarrassed face on saving £5.92, Delilahh? It's still good savings, well to my mind anyway. Be pleased with it, it's a LOT better than nowt!

Weighed my pot last night, 7.5lbs! That is heavier than my baby when she was born :eek: I definitely have to start a new pot now as I don't plan to take a tin opener to it and if it gets any more full I won't be able to get the coins out

A new thread and already lots of potting logged. Brilliant motivation.

I'm still throwing spare coins in my pot, but won't count it until November. I'm also doing a boot sale this weekend where all proceeds will be potted.
