Hi Sue, we had a lovely time although it rained all the time. Sooooooo glad we were in a caravan and not a tent. We had 1 day with no rain and managed to get on the beach.

Still trying hard with the debt busting and the pot is really suffering for it. Planning to do mammoth pot when I am debt free, planning for this to happen by end of August.

Feeling guilty so potting a £1:j

Another 80p in the pot this morning!

Going to have a count up at the end of each month to see what I have saved and think I am going to bank it so I can get a bit of interest on it. I know it won't be much but it all helps.

I will keep a tally with my number each month

So far its been what I have found in my purse. I keep forgetting to womble when I go out!

If I sell anything can I put that money in there? not that I have sold anything yet but you never know I have loads to get rid of.

A fantabulous £1 coin in the pot today (as I bought my mate some lindt chocolate for 20p a bar from Mr C, so thought it would be rude not to pot the money she gave me ) plus 1p Mr C kill from by the till :j :j

£20 potted over the last 3 weeks plus £10 banked.

I'm so grateful for this site & thread, to think before January I just spent my loose change on ......... well, actually I have no idea

I'm amazed that that same loose change this year was saved and equals £140! What on earth was I doing with my money before?

Thanks LC , she seems to be back to her mischevious self, the doctor says it looks like she's knocked herself out, came around quickly then flaked out again. Just lucky this time...I think she's going to be the death of me :eek:..It doesn't matter how much you watch her, you could even have eyes in the back of your head - I don't think it'd help , she's like a pocket rocket. I keep telling everyone I'm going to buy her a crash helmet joking, but I really am thinking about it now :rotfl:. I'll be genuinely shocked if she doesn't end up in the army, or a base jumper :eek: :rotfl: :eek:. She's always running, jumping of things, or climbing up things, or taking things apart ....I spend most of my time watching her with that nervous one open thing going on, waiting and wincing :rotfl:.
Anyway, a glorious 5p again from us , hooray I hear you say :j.
