I'm saving for christmas and hopefully will save £100, I will try my best :haha:
Don't worry, you don't have to have Blue Peter skills- my pot is a syrup tin with a bit of cardboard with a slot in it stuck inexpertly over the top.Sealed pot challenger#1677

How are your little darlings ? My son son has three uniforms to buy this year  A little tie on elastic £3.99 for the 4 year old!! and of course only one shop stocks it.School cost a fortune these days he pays out £23 for dinners and that only cover two of them and one day for the little one and of course this term it will be days out term. A trip to the local farm bargain £30 bring your own lunch :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Think I might go into the school outings business.
Have you noticed how quiet Sue and Sparky are think they must be in shock over how lovely we are.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

My darlings are doing fabulously, though Miss Lily did decide to drop herself into a puddle earlier today outside the post office, considering its couldnt have comprised of more than 2 drops of rain it was so small, she still managed to be soaked from head to toe! £3.99 for a tie!! I just paid out £10 for Lilys school jumper . . only 2 pinafore dresses, 3 sweatshirts, 2 cardigans, 1 PE kit, 1 pair school shoes, 1 pair trainers for PE and 1 pair of trainers for home to go . . oh and the obligatory Wellies/Rain Mac and Sun Hat that have to be left at school constantly :rotfl::rotfl:. Havent even priced up Jake yet :eek:
I have to say it did make my life cheaper when Jake was diagnosed coeliac, he couldnt have the school dinners anymore as their idea of a GF version was mash potato and green beans :rotfl::rotfl: He said 'uhh no!' :rotfl::rotfl:
I have noticed the dangerous duo seem to be MIA, good job we are here to keep the thread going with our fabulousness, maybe Sue-UU has got buried under all the gold stars we have earned and Sparky has gone to dig her out?SPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £225/£10000 -
Back after a weeks leave; how is everyone getting on potting?
Despite this bad weather I have been constantly sailing! Even entered my first race!
I haven't managed to pot for a couple of days but i'm desperate to open my pot - which by the way is a cornishware biscuit jar (so I'm told by those that know about these things :rotfl:) - you know, the blue & white stripey jars everyone used to have - with a lid expertly  fashioned from sellotape
jakes-mum when DD was about 2 she used to love the walk down to the canal along a pot-holed track - she had her wellies on and would size up every puddle before saying 'this one's just the right size for me' and jumping in the middle of it - happy memoriesThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. £1.50 into my tins today.
Dont get me started on uniform jakes-mum. I have three lots to buy before September ( S is moving up to secondary, F is moving to Junior school and G is starting Infants). The Infants has always had an any-check dress policy. So I bought G some yellow ones in the at Easter. Now I get a letter saying that the school is switching to blue only and its too late to take the dresses backSPC #1813

Oooo, LC, I thought we were building bridges again, but now I fear you may have hurt me
. Everyone should have at least one papier mache explosion
, maybe even two if they're feeling adventurous
. I wonder if you could somehow mix it with those 'coke rockets'. Ooooooo, that's give me an idea LC - I knew I liked you for a reason :rotfl:

Evening LC2
Unfotunately due to all the overtime I've been working, my poor neglected scooter has only been to the garage for an MOT in the last 12 months. As for the scooters on the East Lancs, the whole of the scootering set ahve been warned about the infamous LC2 and were probably just being polite :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Sparky0107 - Sealed pot challenge member #002.
