Afternoon all

Have potted £4.50 leftovers from my weekly challenge.

Welcome to mrsljsouth and suvla. Good luck with the saving. They are a mad bunch on here, but friendly too. Just pot what you can when you can, it all adds up, just dont be tempted to dip in.

Sue - i was going to welcome the newbies as i was welcomed when i came back, however i am now hoping it doesnt look like i did it just to get a star as i saw you were handing them out willy nilly over there. :rotfl:

:wave: hi everyone, have been potting everything in my purse under a £1 coin every weekend now, no idea how much is in there though. my pot does feel a little neglected this week as was my youngest ones birthday and paid out for his party:o.
Pot is starting to feel heavier, will definitely help when it comes to xmas:)

Not everyone, jakes-mum, I haven't got one I guess I haven't been good enough to deserve one

BTW has anyone heard from samtoby ? Perhaps I've just missed her posts but there seems to be a big gap.....

To anyone who has missed the announcement, there's free listing on eB*y again until tomorrow night. Unfortunately, I still don't have a working camera and am unlikely to get one for a while due to paying £299 for OH's new specs which have turned out to be completely useless. They give him double vision :eek: He says I have 2 heads whilst he's wearing them!! so back they have gone. He's had another sight test and a referral to get the second eye done. Sorry to have a moan, I know this thread is not for that but I can hear your sympathetic murmurs even as I type As a kind of protest I have potted the last £1 coin remaining in my purse.

hey sue, im making my target a massive £500 but if i fill any of my 3 sealed containers prior il go to the bank and weigh them in and then put them in my isa :money: and keep you all updated on amount in total from the pots

You come on here and moan any time you like that is such a lot of money for glasses that don't work. My DH would have a fit if he saw two of me :rotfl::rotfl:
