Hi all, I've potted a few bob lately. can't remember how much, including a 5p shopkill.
I'm afraid I've used some of my savings already, out of the banked coins.
Groupon had an offer I couldn't refuse, an overnight stay with meals at an hotel with a Mystery Murder night! All for £99 for the two of us. I can't wait.

Welcome to all our new potters.

Hugs to all who need one.

    Hi Modesty

That is really a good deal think I might book it!! £99 for a murder night !! A bargain after the day I have had with DH yes! definitely a bargain. He was at home all day alone while I went to my sons to look after the GC I only asked him to do three things 1. empty dishwasher ...... still full

    2. take the ironing upstairs......still on chair

    3. clean bathroom. .......he says he did this I say he didn't he says I never mentioned the shelves I say that as they are in bathroom over bath they count as part of bathroom. Also pouring bleach down toilet and cleaning sink doesn't count as cleaning bathroom!!

So £99 for a murder weekend is a bargain !!

Oh! Yes! he did have other things on his mind the front door lock has broke so he had to wait for my son to come and change it which he did !! My son left at 10 but it must have tired him out.

    I Potted £1

Potted £1 for the gym again. You'd think I'd be getting fitter/thinner but I'm not :rotfl: maybe it would help if I stayed off the grocery thread with all the lovely recipes!
Hugs to all that need them and here's hoping for some sunshine for the weekend

£4.23 potted, money left from my weekly spends.

And another £5 potted, long story short, bought some bits on my card, and was given £5 towards the purchases, now as i dont want to pay in 5 x £1 coins i have potted it, in times gone by i would have put it in my purse and spent it. Yay to the sealed pot challenge. :j:j

So that's a whopping £9.23 for me, biggest pot in a long, long time.

    Welcome to the newbies.

sorry to hear about the neighbours sparky

Wow, crimsonaddict I LOVE the nails! I've got Union Flags sprouting from my flower pots by the front door but I'm not as bold as you :)

Oh alli what a worry for you :( It's a lot of money to lose. I don't know how to help, I'm afraid, but I'm sure others on here will have ideas. Try not to let it cloud how proud you are of your son going to Uni. Things will work out, have a <<HUG>>

Are they owner occupier or HA? If HA you can report them to the council or straight to the HA itself. Hope it gets sorted for you soon though

I just potted a shiny new 5p belonging to DH which he had left sitting amidst a pile of old mail. Ater repeated [STRIKE]demands [/STRIKE] ahem requests to move it all I have just 'filed' it myself (mostly in the bin :p) Also potted 6p change from my purse. It all helps...

Have a lovely day all! x

    Thanks everyone for the responses.
The new neighbours are in rented accomodation which is rented out by a letting agency, we have emailed them and had no response . Never mind it'll all come good ;)
