The MOS has an article about, the selling of RK details to PPC scammers, Observices is named as a criminal recipient, and that DVLA knew of it's conviction , but just kept selling details to them

It's good that the Mail is reporting this, but (as is so often the case with this paper) a lot of the information is just a rehash of last week's Watchdog feature. "Churnalism" strikes again. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Well yes Watchdog was a terifle disappointing this time round, but something is better than nothing when exposing these !!!!!!.0 -
Yes, better than nothing and it might just encourage victims to do a bit of research on PPCs instead of just paying up.0

Anything to ratchet up the story, they may have recycled the story but it may get to extra people.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

The pair pictured both look to be a seething mass of untapped intelligence too.0

In other words, typical PPC goons. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
DVLA aiding and abetting convicted criminals and companies, and actually doing nothing about it. It just makes you think that that they are above all laws, and no matter what laws are broken by these criminals the DVLA will still sell on details to them as its a nice little earner!Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
seems that anything that the government can do to fleece the motorist is fair game0

But its not just this government, the previous ones were just as bad!Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?

Of course. We are nothing more than environmental criminals. As soon as you get into a motor vehicle, you're guilty: the only question is what of.
And it's just a shame that this story has only been covered by "Tickwoof" and the "Daily Wail", neither of which have a reputation for factual reporting.
You never know your luck, though. Barry Cryer might get a PPC ticket. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.
