Everything they have sent arrived today and I am very pleased with them. I will have to chase them up re the items they cancelled and ask what they are going to do about the Matchmaker codes.

Thanks again for posting this, I got to use up some of the codes that I never thought I would, and I am really pleased with the items I did get.

I realised some i have not received had been cancelled this morning. I contacted them and they said as some of my order has been despatched the matchmaker code had been used and they are unable to refund or credit the difference. Other orders that had the hamster and a bracelet thing were completly cancelled and they are going to credit my account for those codes. hth

That is totally unacceptable IMO. It is obviously in their interests to cancel part of those orders. Sharp practice indeed.
