I have now had a dispatch email for the last item. So three out of the five is not bad I suppose!

I would have been really unhappy with them if they had not sent it as it it still showing in stock albeit at a much higher price now.

The practice of canceling items without informing the customer is so wrong IMO.

well on the plus side IWOOT finally sent me an e-mail apologising for cancelling my order (talk about taking your time...) and issued a 20% off code as an apology, but there's nothing I want. lol.

I have not received mine despatched on 2nd April yet. Says delivery within 2-5 days.

I had an email saying mine had been dispatched. Have been out all morning and have a PO card saying they have a package for me, couldn't deliver because too large for post box. Hopefully it's my order as expecting nothing else! Will let you know..........

Well, a few people commented on my post agreeing that they'd had the same issue with their orders being cancelled without notice. Then I noticed that IWOOT had deleted the comment from their wall so I went on another rant at them for deleting negative feedback. They eventually replied apologising for the incident and asking me to explain my issue to see if they could help. I'd already got my answer though, just wanted to make people aware on their Facebook page!

Got the rest of my order on Saturday though. Most of it was covered in dust which suggests they've been in the stockroom for a long time! Lol. But they wiped down easily enough so I was happy with what I actually did get.
