The items that i really wanted are saying 'awaiting stock pick' but the rest say 'awaiting dispatch'... Should I be worried?! :eek:

Edit: Just checked back and everything's been cancelled except a few of the smaller bits that I wasn't bothered about! Scaxlectric included! Gutted!

Anyone else had this problem??

I really hate it when the OP shares a great find like this and they end up not getting what they ordered.

I'm very annoyed at IWOOT they're sending the football rattle but gone and cancelled the 3D puzzle, and I think I was one of the first orders as far as I can tell. Very bad that they don't even send you an e-mail notifying you of the cancellation.

I agree! We must of been two of the first to order as I ordered within 15 minutes of getting the email and I posted this about 10 minutes later which you were the first to respond to!

So frustrating!

Not happy either.

I thought my orders were ok when I received the dispatched email
but after your posts I checked and they have cancelled part of the orders.

I used the Matchmakers codes so I will have to email them and see what they are going to do about that.

How ridiculous!! I'm fuming. Just out of interest which bits of yours did they cancel?
They cancelled my scalextrics which I'd ordered 2 of and the Michael Jackson doll which I'd ordered 5 of. Everything else I'd just ordered one...

Maybe they are cancelling orders where they think the items are being bought in bulk to sell on? Although 2 is hardly bulk!!

Ok ladies, I've used the live chat service to get answers and the simple answer is:

'Due to a high popular demand for these items our Buying department are unable to obtain the relevant amount of stock for the particular product sorry.'

Absolute disgrace! Anyone can advertise a 90% off sale if they're not intending to actually fulfill the orders! I was definitely one of the first on the site and the items were still showing as 'in stock' hours later. So to me they're deceiving people and getting them to the site under false pretences, assumingly hoping people will order other things while they're there. Or at least sign up using a new email which they can then use for marketing purposes.

Had a nice rant with the live chat person (without being rude) but got absolutely nowhere.

Will be writing some very bad reviews for this site (although from Googling, there's already a lot out there!)

Oh well, apparently I'm still getting my Hello Kitty storage boxes so I guess there's a light at the end of the tunnel...

I ordered 5 things altogether and only two of them were the same thing. They were all twilight things for my daughter.

Two have been dispatched and two cancelled. I expect the other one will end up cancelled as well.

Well that's even more ridiculous because the Twilight stock was still showing as available right until the very end! It makes no sense at all. I hope you get at least those 3 things!

Yes, they have not done themselves any favours here have they!

Does nothing to encourage me to use their site in the future.

I am just waiting to see what they do about refunds and how they treat my Matchmaker codes.
