Help!!!

I have just placed an order at coolnewmobile and forgot to go through quidco!
What shall i do? Is there any thing i can do?

You only have two options really - accept you wont get cashback or phone and cancel the order and then start again through Quidco (or third option - phone them and ask if they will send you the Quidco-equivalent cashback to save you cancelling - if not, cancel!). Check what their cancellation terms are - an extract states:

If you are a consumer, in addition to the benefit of our returns policy you also have certain cancellation rights under Distance Selling laws. Should you wish to cancel your contract then you may do so by calling Customer Care on 08700 427895 option 4 before we have accepted or despatched your order. If you have received your phone call us on 08700 427895 option 4 or send us written notice no later than 7 working days after receiving the phone. However, where there is an associated airtime agreement (i.e. it is not a handset only phone) you will not be able to cancel your agreement with the network once you have started to use the phone. If you cancel your agreement before you have received the goods but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you. If you cancel your agreement after receipt of the goods, then you must not use the goods and you must keep them in their original packaging.
