Hi,
On a metered estate and just about to change supplier.
Flogas just upped our cost to 66p/litre
Calor quote 47p and countrywide 46.
Calor have the clause that you can leave if they rise by more than 3.5p/litre over 3m (so 28p/litre over 2 years leaving a possible max price of 75p/litre by the end)
Countrywide have no price cap clause
Are calor like flogas - ie. crap customer service and very expensive? Getting the quote was quite hard work
Countrywide seem very helpful and have already come and done a site survery
Any experience of either company would be welcome
Looking at extrafuel (for whom we are out of area), 47p looks like an undersell so sure the prices will rise!

I would ALWAYS use a local company, NEVER a national.0

Thats all very well, but there arent any here - I've looked - hence why it is between these two0

I wish our estate could change over, but with over 100 homes on the tank a couple of the idiots keep signing the contracts0

I've always had excellent CS from Calor.
Price rises are regular tho, but don't they all...
I'd pick the best price then rinse and repeat every two years.0 -
Countrywide, definitely! They are a lovely company (I don't work for them) and are always helpful and friendly.0
