When my sister went into Westfield a SA said she could use it off anything! :shhh: ....

She used hers on a product that was in the awards though, so can't verify that..! I'm still thinking what to treat myself with!

ETA: I lied! She just called and she used the free £5 and £5 she had earned to buy Flora Gardenia (not in the awards). HTH :D

i might have to try it then! £5 off is better than the 10% they usually do in debs.

still don't know wether to just carry on using the serum end of it. that bit is just under half full and still seems ok, just got bits of glitter from eye shadow and eyeliner that hasn't been properly taken off in it. the mask end of it is def off, the colour and consistency has changed and so has the smell.

Ooo, now really undecided, so a couple of possible things off the winners list to try, so my options now are:

Benefit Boi ing Concealer - would like to try as not used Benefit products before, plus (don't tell him I said so, very wain man alert) DH borrowed mine to cover a couple of zits and it looks a bit of a mess now so considering letting him have mine and getting a new one.
Benefit Primer (sorry forgot the name) - As not tried benefit products or a primer yet.
Clarins Gentle Foaming Cleanser for Dry/Sensitive Skin - want to try a few more cleansers before I decide on HG (the claudaline one I'm using now is the nest I've tried so far).

or orginal Idea of Clinique Take off the day Eye Make up remover (not on the winners list).

I've got a mini Boi-ing in a Benefit palette, and I quite like it. When sister was in store, I asked her to try that and an UD 24/7 Concealer pencil and compare them. She said the UD one is better in her opinion.

I do need a medium coverage foundation though. Using MyMix at the moment, which is quite light, and I do like it. I also quite like Benefit Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow (got a sample), but the coverage is similar to the MyMix. Hoping to go testing this weekend at some point, but it's something I don't like doing as same SAs are so snooty!!

Which Benefit primer were you thinking of trying SuiDreams? I have a couple and can let you know what I think if you want?

Evilsquid if that was me, I would probably carry on using the serum a little longer :p

Sawan the awarding winning one with 10% discount is the Poreproffesional one, mind you could get any to get them to use the £5 off it seems.

i think i will. with it being so expensive to buy (£28!) it'd be like chucking a tenner away! i think I've had it a year so its done well to only just be going off, the use by date is 6 months.

Suidreams I've got that gal and its not much of a primer, more like a radiance booster. it won't keep your make up on longer but it does perk you up a bit if your skin is a bit off. I've been mixing it with a laura mercier primer. bo-ing is a good concealer, I've had it for a while, its very good at covering little things and for handbags and touchups where you want it to go on quickly with no messing about but its not really that heavy duty, it does nothing on my spots or undereye because it just isn't pigmented enough. its ok for me in the sense that something is often better than nothing at all. the colour is also *slightly* off, because i have very pale skin and they only have 3 colours (i think) the lightest one is still just that bit too dark for me.

SuiDreams I have Porefessional, though not tried it yet as working my way through That Gal, which is exactly as Evilsquid describes it. It says to wear under makeup, but definitely helps more over foundation. I quite like the 'radiance' Girl Meets Pearl gives. Thinking of opening the Porefessional this weekend, and using in place of my spluttering EL serum.

I'm lucky in that Boi-ing 2 is the exact match for me. It's good, but I find it a little bit cakey.

Evilsquid that really has lasted well!! Did you find it made a difference to your lashes? That reminded me I have an EL mascara primer I should really open and start using. Got it in a mascara gift set, hope it hasn't dried up (a huge reminder of PRCP if it has :o)

Sounds like the concealer is out for me then as am quite fair, just need it for the odd blochy day and this tiny red mark on my cheek (its tiny but can be really noticable some days).

Was interested in trying Hellow Flawless foundation (not that I need any) do they do samples?

it does work, my eyelashes are def longer than they were! you do have to wait a good few weeks to start to see it working and use it religiously every night but I've been doing that and i still have just under half the serum bit left, makes it worth the price. £28 over a year compared to buying false lashes/extensions and its def the cheaper option. there is some of the mask left but theres no way I'm using it now its gone off, especially not near my eyes.

I've had that, the lightest colour they did was still a bit too dark for me but they've launched more colours since. i don't think they do samples of it because its a powder but they will prob put some on you if you ask. i don't like it tbh. its no different than using my mac select sheer pressed powder. it gave me virtually no coverage, id say it was even less than tinted moisturiser. the only way to get coverage was to properly cake it on and it just looked awful. unless you have perfect skin and just need a light dusting or will use it as just a pressed powder over foundation/concealer its not worth the money, mine was used up as a pressed powder in my handbag make up bag for touchups.

Evilsquid thanks for that! I'll let my sister know as she was bemoaning her eyelashes the other day ;) That's really good value for money as well!

SuiDreams Do you mean the powder compact or the liquid? The powder compact you can't get samples of as Evilsquid said, but I have to say I really like it. It's the only one I've bought again and again (4/5 times!!). I don't like applying it with the brush or sponge provided though, unless I'm out. If you use a flat foundation brush (or you can use a powder brush) you get a really good finish imo. I've been complimented so many times when wearing it with people saying how good I look (always a good thing ;)) :rotfl: The liquid one I got a sample of as there was a voucher for it in the ACM.
