paypal - bank reversal - help please for new seller

My previous experience is that PayPal don't take feedback left as any kind of evidence against a chargeback. Much to my annoyance twice last year. After speaking with Joe Unhelpful at PayPal I was told that feedback left had no baring on their decision.
I was on a good run of no chargebacks this year, that ended today when a whole £2.25 was recalled by the bank. Contacted the buyer and they had no idea this had been done.
I don't think it will help either, but I didnt think it would hurt just to let them know. I have spoken to PayPal and they have assured me I am completely covered by seller protection as I have uploaded my POP.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Your all confusing this with a chargeback, or the payment being disputed for some reason by the buyer-it's not!
It's simply a bounced direct debit, and the buyers card on file (normally the debit card connected to the bank account, so rather pointless imo)
Message the buyer asking them when they plan on repaying you!0 -

Or just invoke the PayPal seller protection and let them deal with the hassle.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
