Telewest help - am I getting the cheapest?

Sorry if this is explained elsewhere, please pointer me. I'm pretty sure I'm getting a darn good deal from Telewest, but I'm a bit dim about communications so can anyone tell me if this is good value or can be gotten cheaper elsewhere.
We're getting broadband (M) at £18 a month
phone £11 (have no idea if we're on a special 'package' - don't think we are)
so plus VAT we pay £35.75 plus call charges which usually takes us to about £50-£60
(Nobody at telewest seems to comprehend why we don't want a TV:rolleyes: )
We need big broadband for DH's business. Are there any deals I'm missing out on?
Sorry if this is a bit vague.
