Wont let me view my account properly tho to see whats gone out of my account

Lets try swamping their feedback form and see if they take any notice of that? I doubt it, but it made me feel much better, and gave me something to do while waiting for the pages to load......

I've had no issues logging in on a couple of separate accounts today, so the issues are not for everyone it seems.

Just got off the phone after in excess of an hour of holding and being transferred from one useless department to another equally useless department. I was transferred over to their new website weeks ago so wanted to know why this is affecting me. I finally spoke to somebody who told me that the issues I am experiencing are because there is too much traffic on the website and I should wait until this evening to access it again!!!!!!!!!!!! Have had enough - even when it does work it's not as good as their old site. Absolutely no respect for their customers - I'm moving!:mad::mad::mad:
